Human resource essay

Write an essay on the way human resource management functions work in a real organization. Preferably you will write about your current employer, but you may focus your work on an organization where you have worked in the past or a local business that is familiar to you. Include the following elements in your essay:

Cover page. Include an APA styled cover page for your essay.

Title. Make sure to provide a title that is descriptive of your essay. Place your title on the first page of your text.

Introduction. Provide an introduction for your essay that discusses in summary the contents of the entire essay. (1 paragraph)

Human Resource Management. In this section, discuss the way your human resource department in the organization operates in terms of administrative, operational, and strategical functions. (3 paragraphs)

HR Roles and Competencies. In this section, discuss the HR roles and HR positions in your organization. How does the HR department fit into the organizational chart? What competencies do you observe in the people serving HR roles in your organization? Why are these competencies important? (2 paragraphs)

Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity. In this section, discuss the extent to which your organizational leaders value diversity. If there is room for improvement, what do you recommend? If there are strengths, what do you recommend the organization continue doing? (2 paragraphs)

Ethics and Faith Integration. In this section, discuss why ethics in human resource management is important and make sure to integrate faith and learning. (2 paragraphs)

Reference page. Include an APA styled reference page. Include at least one scholarly source.
