Refund Policy
When you can request a refund
You can request a full or partial refund if a writer misses the deadline, delivers work that does not follow your original instructions after revision, or if the order is cancelled before work begins.
Before a writer is hired
Posting an order is free. If you cancel before hiring a writer, nothing is charged.
After a writer is hired
Your payment is held in escrow. If you cancel before the writer starts, the full amount is returned to your balance. If work has started, a partial refund may apply depending on the progress made.
After delivery
Request a free revision first. If the revised work still does not meet the original instructions, open a refund request within 14 days of delivery and our support team will review it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your StudyAce balance immediately, or to your original payment method within 4 to 6 business days.
What is not covered
Changes to the original instructions after hiring, dissatisfaction with a grade where the work followed the instructions, or requests made after the 14-day period.
