About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of studyace.net and any services provided through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Who we are
StudyAce operates an online marketplace that connects students with independent, verified writers who provide academic writing, research and editing assistance.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Writer accounts are activated only after verification and approval.
Orders and offers
Students post assignments for free. Writers may send offers, and a contract for a specific order is formed when a student hires a writer and the payment is placed on hold.
Payments and escrow
Payments are held by StudyAce and released to the writer only after the student approves the work or the approval period ends. Service charges are shown before you pay.
Revisions and refunds
Students can request free revisions within 14 days of delivery, provided the request follows the original instructions. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee.
Acceptable use
Work provided through StudyAce is intended as a model and reference for your own learning. You agree to use it in line with your institution's academic integrity rules. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, harassment or sharing contact details to move work off the platform.
Intellectual property
Once an order is approved and paid, the student receives the right to use the delivered work for personal, non-commercial study purposes. StudyAce does not resell completed papers.
Limitation of liability
StudyAce is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including grades awarded by an institution. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
