Research method for public management

Research question

 Thesis Question: Are risk management systems for forecasted climate changes related to the global warming process developed?

Supporting Questions:

 Are there long-term risk management systems related to the global warming process being developed?

Are there any published scientific studies or research in this area?

I choose this question/topic because global warming is very real, the world is warming around us and the longer we deny it the larger the problem it will become. Global warming is affecting the world economy, the health of the population, and the environment. So, ignoring the problem will not make it disappear. The first step in finding a solution is by accepting the fact that it is happening right in front of our eyes.

I plan to use a quantitative survey or indebt interviews because this design follows a characteristic cycle where an understanding of a problem is developed, and plans are made for some form of intervention strategy. Then the intervention is carried out (the action in action research) during which time, permanent observations are collected in various forms.
