As you engage with the material for Modules 5 and 6, what issues come up for you? What are your thoughts and feelings about the topics? Discuss some of the major points of prenatal and infant development.

Discuss transactional, bioecological, and relational developmental systems models. How have theorists such as Bronfenbrenner, Sameroff, and Lerner changed the trajectory of developmental psychology/science? Or have they? How has developmental psychology/science changed over the past several decades?

Discuss your choice of topics from Modules 5 and 6 from a Christian perspective. Are developmental theories and metatheories, and the other topics of these 2 modules, compatible with a Christian worldview? If so, how? If not, in what ways are they not? If not, how does a Christian developmental psychologist resolve the conflict?
