User Michael Brett has written in on the 29/05 complaining that his 3-way bet stake of €10 on the soccer match between Barcelona and Manchester United has not been settled yet and his funds are still outstanding.

The match was due to take place on the 27/05, but was postponed due to inclement weather.

“B1.5 Postponement “72 hours” rule:

If a betting event is postponed or cancelled, and restarted not later than 72 hours from the original start date, the bet counts for the restarted betting event. If a betting event is restarted later than 72 hours from the original start date, the respective bets are void.

Exception: If the start date of an event is not known at the time a bet is offered, this event will be marked with the extension “date to be confirmed”. For all these events and markets the correct start date will be entered as soon as it is known. Bets on such an event are valid even if the estimated start date does not match the actual one.”

Case 3:

User Sarah Lee has contacted bwin as she is trying to sign-up for a new account, but the system is informing her that her details are already registered on the site. The user cannot remember ever registering an account with bwin, but if this is the case she wants the old account to be closed to enable her to open a new account.
