You will create a *seven (7) minute video presentation in Canvas Studio which includes the following:

A purpose statement you have developed for an organisation to lead the future direction of this purpose-driven business.

You then need to identify the stakeholders and values, organisational culture and structure, and leadership approaches to build your organisation's brand and reputation to create or enhance a purpose-driven organisation.

You will also discuss your recommendations to improve sustainability.

In completing this task, you need to review the feedback from Assessment 2 as you want to lead the future direction of this purpose-driven business. This means you should consider how to enhance the organisation's sustainability (in terms of the value chain and SDGs).

You will find concepts and theories from the modules (1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12) and academic peer reviewed journal articles, and apply these to your organisation, critically analysing how the purpose you formulated be reached more efficiently.

References

A minimum of 6 academic peer reviewed journal articles is required. You may use more than four academic peer reviewed journal articles and your four other sources may be books and websites for your research. APA7 referencing style is required.

Prior to filming your presentation, you should develop a set of PowerPoint slides (ten in total), which need to be submitted with your link to your presentation. Note when recording, both the powerpoint slides and yourself are to appear onscreen throughout the video presentation. Refer below in step 1 (Create your video in Canvas Studio) for details of how to do this.

Consider what branding would help improve the organisation's reputation and base your suggestions on research
