Briefing on Intelligence Gathering

I need a presentation written for a briefing on a previously completed assignment. Critically evaluate the validity and reliability of what I identified in the first assignment. And make recommendations. I have attached a template for the presentation, the scenario for it, and the previous assignment with the rubric for the presentation.

It needs to take approximately 15 minutes. Or, 2500 words. Any help would be appreciated.
