Identify and define the main principles of consulting.

Based on your completed Needs Assessment Template document, do the following:

Identify the issue and explain why it is important.

Describe how, as a consultant, you would identify the cause(s) of the issue.

Identify who should be interviewed in the process.

Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the audience to whom you will present your findings.

Explain how best to provide feedback and make suggestions to the audience without overstepping your role or telling them what to do.

Describe the solutions you would recommend and who would be involved in implementing them.
