Rather than rewriting the mission statement itself, you will focus on how a team should be formed, what ethical principles must guide their work, and which critical thinking questions must be addressed before meaningful changes can be made. By analyzing team composition, ethics, and decision-making processes, this activity will help you understand how collaboration supports clarity, integrity, and accountability in business. Preparation Using the same organization as Assessment 3, complete the following: Revisit the organization’s website and look for evidence of teamwork or the presence of teams, including in pictures and project descriptions. Consider the following scenario: Your chosen organization has determined that its mission statement needs to be updated accurately to reflect its strategy for the upcoming year, so you are forming a small team to work through this problem. Which functions do you want to select team members from? Why? What ethical principles does your team need to consider when making updates to a mission statement?
