Needs Assessment of a Group in an Organization or Community

Preference due date Monday September 28th eastern time 12pm 1.My Target population is Justice involved men at Dismas Charities St Patrick's (located in Louisville, Kentucky) who are receiving reentry services after being incarcerated. This assessment will be an organizationally focused needs assessment. 2.My three project partners will be the 2 counselors who work directly with the men at Dismas Charities and 1 monitor. I am currently working on dates and times for the interviews. For my needs assessment I will be interviewing employees who work directly with the residents and asking them men's most important needs, strengths, and gaps in services. 1.What needs do you think are most difficult for the men to address on their own? 2.Are there any services or resources you believe are missing from the reentry program? 3.What role does having a supportive relationship with counselors, monitors, or other staff play in successful reentry? 4.What needs do you notice most often among the men when they first enter Dismas Charities? 5.What skills do the men already have or learning from the program that help them adjust to life after incarceration?
